Venus Transit of the Sun

Hope every one is enjoying Venus's transit of the Sun today. An event no one alive today is likely to experience again!
On a spiritual level this transit is said to awaken our consciousness of the Divine Feminine to a higher level. Open your self to Peace, Love & Prosperity. . .
"Transits of Venus are very rare, separated by more than a hundred years. There have been 53 transits since 2000 B.C. but only six have been witnessed since the invention of the telescope in 1608. These rare events occur in pairs, with the first transit occurring June 8, 2004. The next opportunity won't be until Dec. 10-11, 2117."  - Michele Johnson - Ames Research Center, Moffett Field, Calif.

June Full Moon 2012 - Partial Solar Eclipse

Some interesting alignments happening in our solar system at the moment, with the partial solar eclipse, full moon & Venus transit the Sun.

Despite having learned many skills that assist with stress & relaxation, I still have a personal battle with anxiety & at times depression.
I think I have always had anxiety but only became aware of what anxiety is back in 2009.
When my anxiety reached its peak and every day was a constant battle to try to stay calm and feel sane.
After much work on my self with self healing, psychologists, research & learning to understand myself better my anxiety levels had dropped considerably.

until now. . . 

As mentioned in my previous post my happy start to a new life hasn't happened as I had hoped, on top of everything my partner & I had some major communication issues which have left me wondering if we are going to have a future together.
All these combined have contributed to my anxiety peaking again with a few panic attacks over the past month.
While I understand more of what triggers my anxiety (feeling out of control & conflict of ideas, not being heard/respected/listened to) are a few, knowing what to do and how to calm down during and ideally before I reach panic attack point is a challenge.


I have decided June is a New Month & a New Start so hopefully by addressing the emotional issues at the base of my anxiety I can heal & get back to my preferred happy self.
I will be making some changes to improve my diet & cut out as much sugar & processed foods as possible.
Meditate & exercise more often and most important. . .


Focusing on staying true to myself - If I love, approve & value myself for WHO I AM - not what I think others want me to be - Then my emotional health is usually much more balanced
